Workshop: Reflexology: to release stress and tension
At the end of the workshop you will feel re-balanced, re-energised and be able to perform simple relaxation techniques and state where specific organs of the body are reflected on the feet. Will include some hand-outs. Please bring a small towel and wet wipes.
